Most of my reviews reflect the colorful oddities of our region and culture. And I must confess I am most compelled to write a review when I feel slighted, or poorly served. But for Napa's In Shape I can offer only accolades. This clubs preformance during the pandemic struck me as accomodating and responsible. I never felt in peril of exposure. In general, this club is equiped with myriad ways to exercise. It is clean, the young people at the desk are polite, curently it is not crowded, and though I have never tested it, I think management would be responsive and helpful as far is resonable. Napa's In Shape Rocks--it is as good as you will make it.

New to the area. Took a tour of the gym and noticed that half the guys in there either had their noses hanging out or their masks off. Doesn't seem like management cares about covid-19. There were many idle staff at the desk chatting or on their phones when they could be keeping everyone safe by asking members to keep their masks on. The gym did look nice but I can't risk my family's health by going here unfortunately.

This place is a joke. Due to covid the gym was closed for several months then it reopened with restrictions but I decided not to keep going because most of the regular equipment I used was not allowed. I was charged $85 dollars monthly even though I was not going. I know that is what happens when you have a membership but first of all we are in a pandemic and the gym was closed for a while!! When I called corporate they said I had to put my membership on hold so no charges would happen... but I was NEVER told that in the first place. They said they could not give me my money back. I asked if I could credit at least 2 months once the gym opened back up with no restrictions. I was denied that request. They literally kept charging my account. I am no longer a member at in shape. They just take your money and don't care!!!

The gym was fast to address the issue and reach out. It was not the gym's fault thier provider failed to deliver the proper cleaning supplies. Definitely great costumer service and now that the gym is moving outdoors is definitely a challenge to keep warm so WORK OUT HARDER !!!! DEFINITELY LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT MOTIVATION. "Is dangerous to be out of wipes all the time. All the bottom stations are out of wipes. Definitely needs more attention since CIVID-19 IS NOT OVER. There is a staff member randomly cleaning the equipment and that is a plus."

Club is open for covid posted hours, i go every day. No problem. the phone i don't know about. Limited staff on hand. Hopefully this helps. Also not sure about saw posted that inshape outdoor clubs were closed do to air quality

I don't know but I would call 2-4 different locations and see if you get varied or the same quote. Ive personally had just great experiences w inShape but im aware of the negative reviews
