This Pollo Loco never fails to make a mistake in my order. I'm not lying when I tell you that this Pollo Loco always messes up my order. They forget to give me all of the items which literally happens all the time they also give me attitude when asking for condiments. Not to mention that when you bring up these mistakes with their store manager, he or she is always defensive and always back up their employees. Also, good luck with corporate calling you back when you file a complaint this restaurant chain seems to not care about their customers one bit. I will definitely never be back to Pollo Loco ever again.

Only draw back is that the parking lot is small and you can get locked in because the drive-thru. But service here is excellent. One of the best El Pollo location I go to.

TO MANAGEMENT; Why every time I order a salad, your employees forget to give me dressing? I specifically told the young man at the drive thru not to forget the dressing for my dos locos taco salad. It’s happened so often I’ve decided it will be the last time I visit this location. Sunday about 2pm 3/6/22.

The food was great. Customer service was good, they provided us with napkins straws and the condiments we asked for. Cleanliness I'd rate a 4/10.
