Been liveing here for 15 years now. It was fun but now its like no one talks to each other any more always cops becalled all the time. And your rent is will be going to space 3 thats the real manager they run the rv park

It’s got great potential but is a fine park as is. The office staff are friendly, but are only around in the evening, if at all. Great rates for the area though. The laundries and showers are not available, they appear to have been ripped out of the building they once served. Fine internet, but either need to walk to the lodge to pick it up, or use a strong enough antenna. Overall, great park.

Basic rv camp, it's in the eastern gorge so not much in the way of greenery. Wide open spaces. Lots of parking and hookup sites. Greatest perk is it's location near spearfish, and Hess parks (swimming, fishing etc..) and only about a mile from the Columbia River and The Dalles oregon. They also have laundry facilities and dumpsters.

I dont wish to help provide an "okay" rating due to a bunch of horrible things the owner has done. We lived here over 10 years. Rent went up $80 but nothing changed or improved in the past 2 years to offset the cost. Still no cable, phones, mail or laundy bathrooms. Monthly renters can no longer have dogs. Our dog that had been with us over 10 years at just that park alone, we were asked to give up or move. On numerous occasions our rent was recorded wrong and always in the park's favor. Always keep every reciept from here!! We are still waiting for a $280 credit the mysterious bookkeeper we were told hasn't replied.No trees no gardens or flowers allowed as it costs the owner too much water. You will be asked to remove your beautiful hanging flower basket! Go about 30 milresnorth on Hwy 197 for a better, cheaper option.
