Staff was extremely unprofessional. Most were outside in the parking lot when we arrived. The ones who came back in did not wash their hands/change gloves before they began handling food. Manager had zero control and he himself was unprofessional. Waited almost 30 minutes for food we ordered in lobby at counter. Chicken quality has gone down and sides were all salty. Popeyes Corporate needs to shut down all locations for awhile and reevaluate everything including their hiring and training.

Love it when you’re calm & understanding to the kid getting your food together telling you “oh we’re out of boxes for your large fries”. Translation she couldn’t find it or wanted to and lied to my face that it was the bag.. Got home no, they just threw a few fries at bottom. No wonder people go Karen sometimes. Take away have them check their work.

One star is me rounding up. We went through the drive thru and were told they needed us to park until our food was ready. They had us pull just a little forward but still in the drive thru. Another car was parked behind us. The people behind us had a hard time getting out and started yelling at us. After waiting 35 minutes I went into the building to ask them if there was a better place to wait and they had no idea that we were still out there. They had fully lost our order and the next cars order. They then informed me that they didn't have the food at all and they would just have to refund our money. The service on top of being profoundly poor was also very rude. At one point the shift manager screamed "I've been here 15 hours trying to get people their food!" In the end we lost about 45 minutes waiting for food that never came but they did at least return our money.

Bad customer service. I Would give zero stars due to their poor customer service. They have terribly long waits in their drive through. Lines are around the corner and they are rude to the customers. We waited 25 minutes for a 6pc meal

Ever since they introduced the chicken sandwich they've been swamped and not able to keep it in stock...a lot of stores have been closing the lobby or closing early
Ask for fresh ones. I do it all the time with tenders and they are happy to oblige. You just gotta wait a bit longer but it's worth it.
