Whenever I have business in Kent, I request to stay here now. They have a lot of wonderful little amenities I love...like a water bottle fill up spot! They have a nice breakfast selection that is serve yourself, work out area, lots of parking, restaurants nearby, and it's very central for Kent /Auburn/ federal way and beyond! Great Starbucks nearby if you're into order ahead... The shower is made for y'all people. The only downside is there isn't a microwave in your room, but two available downstairs.

I wanted to provide the most concise review possible. My desire was to provide a 4.5+, but unable to do so. Let me start out by saying how fantastic the staff was throughout the entire process; from reservation till check-out. Extra props go out to the young woman who greeted my family and I for our evening check-in. The building was very clean, room was just as clean, parking felt very safe & secure, and there was plenty of coffee on tap. The price for our room wasn't out of this world and I ended up feeling like I received a great value for what we received. Although we were not here long, I was very impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were; can't say this enough. There were quite a few things I saw as perks; complimentary water in the room, free parking, and a breakfast that started as early as 5am; which was very ideal for our early start time. Only suggestion was regarding the breakfast itself. I'm not a heavy eater in the AM, but was hoping for something a bit more than the breakfast sandwiches. Great idea, but was more interested in cereal, toast, or scrambled eggs. I did really appreciate the banana, coffee & tea selections, as well as the breakfast bars. All-in-all, my stay really stood up to all the previous reviews I read. Absolute excellent service! Really wish all Best Westerns were like this establishment.

The staff is so nice and helpful. That makes a big difference in your stay experience. I was welcomed at midnight and the front desk gentleman went out of his way to get me a bottled water. The breakfast is great with different options of pre packaged items. They always have coffee and tea on stand by in the breakfast area. Would recommend

The view from the room was great. The staff was great! Disappointed with breakfast but understandable due to covid. TV guide (66) was off by 5. You want Channel 42 add 5 and then you get the correct channel. There isn't a microwave in any of the rooms (another disappointment). Otherwise a good experience.
