We're very happy with our experience at Richardson's RV in Temecula. Right from the moment we walked on the lot we were greeted by a wonderful woman named Elisa who showed us around many different RVs and brought different ideas to us than we had even thought of. Our sales team of Elisa and John were wonderful taking care of us. They were very patient with us as we were making our decisions. Also when we went to pick up the RV, the technician that showed us how everything works, whose name was Fred, was very knowledgeable and very kind and we were just so very pleased. The lady in the finance department whose name was Lisa, was so friendly, so professional and so knowledgeable it was such a pleasure to do that process with her. Everyone at the dealership made everything easy and was very friendly and it was just a wonderful experience!

BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE. We just bought an RV about 2 weeks ago. Friendly as heck until they got our money. They forgot to give us a key to the exterior storage compartments. They gave us the run around until someone just simply said they "can't" help us. Simple, send us a key, right? A simple $3 key and the WON'T help us. I can't wait until we have a serious problem. The stories are true about bad service. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
