Waited 25 minutes in the front of the line and decided to leave. No one said hi or anything else to me. Went to another tire shop and purchased 4 new tires. They must have lots of money and can afford to pass on customers.

Having been a customer of Americas Tire/Tire Discount for years and having purchased our tires in the past. We needed new tires for our smart car. Americas Tire did not/could not get them so we ordered from Amazon. My wife got a quote to install our new tires. Then when we received the tires she called again to confirm installation. New price and terrible attitude. My wife said she didn’t get that warm a fuzzy feeling that she has received in the past. I guess we will be going to BIG O in the future

I had trailer tires installed on my camper today. America's Tires had the desired tires in stock. It took them about an hour to balance and install. They used floor jack in the parking lot to lift the trailer. I had special requests which they happily accommodated. I asked they not use an impact wrench to tighten the lug nuts, I requested that I do the final torque on the lug nuts. I asked to direct them on where to place the floor jacks to lift the trailer. I appreciate their willingness. All technicians that helped me where nice, friendly.

Broke a tire sensor of mine and charged me without telling me until I came to pick up the car. Thanks Trevor for upselling. Chris should make sure the guest returning due to an issue he should be taking care of them himself that is a store manager not a new hire handling it. What a joke and a scam over $200 for a tire. Never will I bring my business back. Waste of money and time
