Came in a little bit before they closed and everyone had no problem helping us out big time. We had to bring in our wheels to get the tires replaced. They lent us tools and helped in every way that they could. Even gave us popsicles because it was so hot out. Brandon especially was a huge help, informing me about everything related to my tires and answering all my questions. Overall great group of guys.

ABSOLUTELY HEROES! I don't usually make a point to review but, I went as far as finding this receipt in my car to make sure they get the credit they deserve! These guys saved us, despite it being end of day, despite them being super swamped! Two weeks ago, I took my family out to the gaming place called Round One, right across the street from there guys... We live an hour south, and surely enough with my luck - the tire went completely flat on a Sunday, when most shops are closed... I dropped family off, and took my chances drove to Pep boys. I am so happy I did - Ventoure was SO courteous, heard me out, understood that were not getting home unless he helps us, and despite being already super busy - took the 15 minutes to take a look, and lightening fast replaced our flat tire!!! This goes waaaay beyond any expectations, and Ventoure and his team have my gratitude - our family got home all thanks to the team at Pep Boys!

I was traveling with my small children and blew my tire far from home. I had to stop at Pep Boys Temecula for an emergency tire replacement on a Sunday. I was helped by Ventoure who was amazing!! He sorted us out immediately despite it being an incredibly busy day. He put me and the kids at ease in a traumatic situation and had us on the road safely in no time.

This place legitimately saved my a** when I needed a new battery installed for my 2009 Dodge Journey. I basically had one day available to get it done and this was the only place in town that not only had a battery for my car currently in stock, but had the option to have it installed as well, for only 15 additional dollars - same day! That’s $15 for the labor of installing your battery (you just gotta include it with your battery purchase). I was expecting upwards of $100 extra dollars for the install cost - everywhere else seemed to be around $80 on average for the labor with the $200 battery; & then you had to set a date more than a day out to even make an appointment to get it done. Pep Boys had the battery I needed for around $130 and let me set an appointment for 5:30pm that day. (They closed at 7 I believe cause it was Sunday). Anyways I went in, they took my car and said it would be done in ONLY 45 minutes! They were done in nothing flat and called me up letting me know it was good to go. I had walked over to the mall and so it took me a minute to walk all the way back; they were totally cool and patiently waited for me even though it was getting time to close. I got there just before 7 and the worker that checked me out was SO awesome and pleasant. I was expecting the cost to be around $150 and he was like “hmmm …. Yeah …. I’m not liking that number … I’m gunna bump that down to $130 something.” I was like, “…. What!?” I seriously couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience (all around!) at Pep Boys that night. It honestly seemed to just get better and better as time went on. Surprise after surprise and extremely professional and friendly customer service. Not to mention, my car drove better than it ever has! (When I purchased last year the battery was in need of replacement) so when I turned it on, BAM! It was so fast and drove excellent! It’s been months since this all happened and my battery is still excellent, no complaints. I even was told by an AAA service member that came out to jump my car a while back that my cars battery is complicated to get to and a hard job to replace so I was worried it was going to be hard to get the job done but nope! Not with Pep Boys. They got it done no problem in less than an hour, gave me a discount for no reason other than they are awesome, and did a GREAT job! Thank you to all the guys working there! Now my only go to for auto work :)
