This is one of the worst places we have ever stayed. The rooms are smelly, old and the customer service is the worst. On the phone these people were great but once you arrive it is really strange how you become invisible. They only give one roll of toilet paper and if you need more, you have to go to the front desk (which no one is ever at!) The pool was "broken" and the walls are paper thin! The ONLY saving grace is the coffee hut in the parking lot...these people are AMAZING and the coffee was perfect! With soooo many flavors and options to choose from.

I rented 2 rooms. 1 had a strong wet dog smell & was missing the TV remote. The other was ok, but both were way too expensive for the old & rundown place. It had a pool, but it was closed (no water) in June.

They are trying to do an update however the toilet was not mounted properly and tipped-up when you got off, so the shower head has a spray leak that's spraying back against the drywall destroying the drywall, also the facet handle needs to be properly attached to the facet, The vanity is not designed to sit against a side wall, so the installer filled a large crack with caulking and did a very poor job. They are attempting to do up grades using poor quality inexperienced help and products not designed for the application. Another big problem is Parking places by the office are undersized and you can't open your doors to even get out. And the saddest thing is they paid someone to do this bad work and they seem happy with it??

Definition of sketchy. We reserved a single night. We then tried to add another night to our stay. They said our card declined. After a simple check of our bank app it showed over $300 had been removed. We then confronted the couple at the front desk about it and they called us scammers and that we're trying to get money from them. We left immediately. They themselves then sent us a receipt of the 3 nights they charged us the day after. They don't understand their own system to charge customers. We'll never go back.
