Edited to add: Kathy is not Kathy, she lied to me about her name. She is CHERYL SMITH! How professional of the owner to give a fake name. After several horrid interactions with this place, notably Kathy who has a terrible attitude, my employer stopped using this location for anything. The simplest task would turn into a nightmare every visit. I stopped in today to pick up tabs for my employer which were sent there by mistake. They were already paid for I was just picking them up. I have given this location an authorization letter from my employer twice and they take the letter and keep it. I was told today that I needed to produce this letter yet again because they don’t keep them. I was incredibly annoyed because I didn’t have any other copies of the letter on me. I explained this to them and Kathy immediately jumped in and started being rude to me. Her entire demeanor is just not friendly at all. I went to my car and was able to get the letter emailed. When I returned to the building I was directed to Kathy who proceeded to tell me I was lucky that she let me back in the building after I slammed her door. This woman went crazy over something that didn’t even happen, she started yelling about “I have it on tape! That door is like that because of people like you!” She went absolutely nuts and I’m trying to explain to her that no, I did no such thing and she’s getting all in a huff and wouldn’t let me get a word in. She refused to give me the tabs and told me she would be mailing them back to the county and then made me leave. I HAD TO GET AN ENUMCLAW POLICE OFFICER TO WASTE HIS TIME AND GO IN THERE AND GET THE TABS. The ridiculousness of that sentence says enough. I will be filing a complaint against Kathy with the proper channels as I believe what she did is against the law. Kathy is on a terrible power trip and she should not be dealing with the public. I feel sorry for anybody that has to deal with her and judging by the reviews I’ve read I’m not the first to have this experience with her.

Always very nice, efficient, quick, & friendly service. They easily take care of everything exactly as it needs to be done. Ask if I have any questions, ask if I need anything else done. Never feel rushed. They always listen to everything I say, they hear me. Even if it's not about licensing or anything related. Sweet of them to have little complementary candy canes & round candies of the same striped peppermint. Thank you!

They purposefully point out stupid little mistakes in your handwriting and claim it looks fraudulent. Then try to make you pay the $150 late title penalty fee so you don’t have to go back and get a paper signed from the older owner. Overheard them doing this same thing to the person next to me as well. What a SCAM of a place. They just want more money. Never coming back here again! Go elsewhere

No.This place is for vehicle licensing.
Depends on the age of the car.
Yes
Think they close at 11 or 1 on Saturdays. Sundays closed
Typically you will need your current unexpired ID, death certificate with an affidavit of inheritance (which we can help you with) or letter of testamentary, and the title. We at the ELA can look at each record and what paperwork you have and we can get you set up to sell your husband's vehicles a bit more smoothly. Feel free to come on in to our office.

Yes.....the staff is friendly but the owners dog has an extremely annoying yapping bark like fingernails on a chalkboard....I'd rather drive to Auburn than put up with that nuisance.....not very business smart to irritate your customers
