Typically you will need your current unexpired ID, death certificate with an affidavit of inheritance (which we can help you with) or letter of testamentary, and the title. We at the ELA can look at each record and what paperwork you have and we can get you set up to sell your husband's vehicles a bit more smoothly. Feel free to come on in to our office.
When my dad passed away they wanted to see a copy of the death certificate and proof that I was the executor. Being married may be different.
Your signature on the title would be sufficient I imagine
