In store experience is good. Knowledgeable staff relative to the local Lowe's. The delivery services are poor. Missed deliveries faulting customer ("your driveway was blocked" "you didn't pick up the phone" etc). If you have issues with orders it is almost impossible to be heard and by design I'd wager. Phone numbers posted are useless.

I asked for help from 6 different clerks. 3 of which led me in the complete opposite direction. They were the 3/6 that pointed in a direction or towards an area and suggested ( with unwavering confidence it seemed) that's where my item was. FAIL. HOWEVER the 3 who were accurate actually made up for the errors of their coworkers by taking the time to bring me to the items. And I'm sticking to 4 stars because I didn't get complaints only positive engagement from the clerks and patrons as I baby shark danced my way through the whole store carrying my 8 month old- and I'm sure I came off a little cray cray.

while they did take my exchange without question (totally legit problem I had with some power tools), they made me go get it, and of course there was no employee around to unlock and retrieve my products. so begins the waiting game. important to note here that I'm all but positive that Home Depot has some very shifty scripting going on. I've had EVERY SINGLE ITEM that I located through their website mysteriously vanish once I'm @ their physical address (something a webpage would have no problem grocking) leaving me with but one choice: purchase the Home Depot private label version of the peoduct I searched for and found via their website. this has happened the past 3 times I have chosen to shop with them...

Big store with lots of inventory, helpful staff. Many, MANY needs can be fulfilled under one roof with their lumber, building materials, hardware, plumbing 🪠, electrical, lawn and garden 🪴 plus much more. They have an awesome selection of cleaning 🧼 supplies and chemicals as well. They have it down to a really good system for ordering doors 🚪 and windows 🪟 plus even more online.

Need to ask store.
No
No, but you could buy the materials to make them though.
I think that question is best asked and answered inside the store, since it can change for any reason. I have never had the need to communicate with the store manager. All issues I had were solved at the time of my visit by one employee or another, but I imagine the information about who is currently managing the store is clearly posted inside if you don't want to ask an employee/customer service directly.
Home depot does not have them. Try coastal farm and ranch, it's only a mile away.
I'm so sorry for your struggles. Few employees know construction. I had a friend put in an application for Home Depot and I told him to make a list of all the do-it-yourself videos on YouTube and give the link to their customer. I said just about every customer would come through the doors looking for you. These big stores could put up video monitors around the store so customers could look it up online and get to the YouTube videos that they need to complete the job they came to Home Depot to do
