The water fountain is lovely. Watching the little ones running through the fountain is sure to lift your spirit and fill you with joy! It's crazy to think it's the same place I went swimming as a little one, before they filled the pool with cement.

Yesterday my daughter and I went and got our first library card! The staff were so friendly and answered any question I had, even though we came close to closing time. I appreciated the experience so much, and so did my kiddo!

Excellent updated modern library meets historic monument. Very much in the spirit of this historic town and nestled in the middle of the historic neighborhood. Plenty of local museums within walking distance and directly across from the oldest operational firehouse west of the Mississippi River. Concerts in the park and a splash pad in the summer and lots of shaded grass to read away the hours under. Not a lot of designated parking, but parking is welcome along intersecting neighborhood streets.
