Dirty. With the abundance of Storage facilities in the greater Portland metro area, this place should be your last choice. The asphalt is crumbling and dusty. We brought a tarp and a leaf blower to create clean area for sorting. Futile. Asphalt dust and stones everywhere. It's also more money than just about every other storage facility around. I would definitely steer my clients away from this particular location if asked.
