I visited this urgent care twice already and have been disappointed. The last time was on 1/30 I came in with very bad leg pain. I got a doctor that seemed nice in the beginning. I asked should I go back to work because I'm in pain and she answered sarcastically it's how u feel. Then she proceeded to say she would give me a note for work and would send ibuprofen over to the pharmacy I was like i have been taking ibuprofen and it's not helping she proceeded to say we don't have narcotics here! I was in shock!! I mean I'm in pain prescribe me something and she didn't i was like i came here for nothing. Train these doctors to be nicer and train them better. She could have at least prescribed me an anti inflammatory! Do something do your job!

I went there with chronic foot pain. I did an X-Ray. A person who I thought was a doctor told me there is nothing wrong with it and looks fine. So, after 2 days I felt better and did an extreme workout which the pain came back and I could not walk at all. The day after I received a call from urgent care the person who was a doctor told me that I have a fracture. I got shocked, so I found out the guy who told me there is nothing wrong was just a radiologist who is not allowed to diagnose. I paid 250 $ out of pocket to know if there is anything serious and be careful until I get authorization to visit a specialist so if they don't have a doctor available why they don't mention it instead of the wrong diagnosis. I am so disappointed that I injured my foot unconsciously because of a wrong diagnosis. I won't go there anymore.

My wife has seen many other doctors for a variety of conditions. She was very impressed with the staff at Lakeside. Courteous, VERY professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE Her throat condition was rapidly diagnosed and resolved. Highly recommend this group!

1: The front office staff is courteous and nice. 2: I never saw a doctor. I saw a nurse - practitioner 2 times during the visit - the first time for 30 seconds and the second time for 15 seconds - neither time did I understand what she said (she announced her name the first time which I didn't understand, and I have no clue what she said the second visit and she was gone before I could ask her to repeat.) 3: The young man, who was also warm and friendly, placed a splint on my arm (the bill to the insurance company was $344.00) which dug into the soft tissue on my forearm and was so painful I removed it as soon as I got home. 4: I was told I'd be given a referral to a specialist first thing Monday morning (the urgent care visit was on a Saturday.) It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't got a referral call. 5: I never got a diagnosis from them - The entire visit was a waste of time and money. Total time there was just over four hours.

They close at 10pm. Open at 11am 7 days a week
Well depends for or where you going ?
I am not an employee of Lakeside, but I was going there before I had medical insurance. You may want to call first to see how much they charge for an office visit.
