I have to change my review of this place, it's has a ideal location to Fred Meyers and fast food, but they been changing their policy on utilities... The cost to live here solo isn't afford able on a full time salary at minimum wage. Rent is high but this only because all places have been raising the prices since more people want go move to this state.

I am not sure what you mean by a call box number. This is an open, non-gated, property, a call box is not necessary.
