The workers there are so rude and care a high level of emotional energy when asked if they had a product i just got 1 week ago i was asked are you sure, yes im sure. Will not im, ok rude i didnt ask for all that just if they had it. Then im on the phone talking and the cashier gets mad at me because im on my phone. Wow just wow

This location was a surprise to me, as I was unaware of it until I happened to be visiting a friend who resides in Oregon City & we took a drive to a nearby supermarket. Joann Fabrics just happened to be located across the street. After I left my friend's place, I made a beeline right back to it. It was in a state of slight disarray, the holidays being over but still on clearance in multiple areas inside store, all of it picked over & no use or interest to me. The employees all were working on putting up merchandise & displays for Valentine's Day. However, the exact items I wanted that were Valentine's Day themed are only featured on the app for Joann & this was a bit frustrating.

Crafts aren't my thing, but I can tell this is a very well put together, and very helpful store. My girlfriend loves coming here, and would rather shop at this store over any other crafts store. And as far as I can tell, VERY fair pricing. Would recommend for crafty or uncrafty people.

I buy my blanket yarn here and love their selection the majority of the time. The people working there, aside from two at the registers, are rude and unhelpful. Just don't expect service with a smile or to be asked if you'd like help. It shouldn't be that hard to perform your job. I usually buy online and pick up in store so I don't have to deal with them.
