Don Chico's is in a building that was originally a Skippers, and then a McCraes Breakfast Joint. The booths and chairs are uncomfortable, so I'm not crazy about eating in the building. Parking is good. The food is excellent and portions are quite large. The server I interacted with was not friendly and spoke English with a strong accent. She also seems to think that Spanish is a secret language. She is wrong. I'll be back, but I hope that I get a different server.

Great food! Great service! I came in to the restaurant the day before with a list of 30 orders that I needed for the next morning before 7 AM and everyone was super helpful and made it happen and and we got our food for our meeting the next morning on time! Great job Don Chico's staff!!

Here's your place for authentic Mexican food as best a white dude can judge (I did live in Texas for 20+ years). Way too many choices for the first-timer so politely let the regulars pass while you decide.

This place has real Mexican food! A salsa bar with jalapeños as self serve. Great set up and it’s very clean. Good bang for your buck… I feel Right at home, they are very friendly…

Oh yes I'm sorry you had a bad experience my daughter had an opportunity to try different dishes there with out letting them know she would write an article about them in the Clackamas CC Print and believe me she seem to have agreat experience there although Louise's Taqueria in Woodburn is way better... You should give them a try and if you like Salvadorean food Sabor Salvadoreño is excellent and is on tv hwy and 185th in close to Beaverton.
