Always would come here and have gotten wrong online ordered items in the past, but now I'm sticking to dutch bros. Last time through the girl, Alise or something was very rude and didn't even say hello or look at me. I've never been to a Starbucks where the person on at the drive thru was on the headset the entire time without a word. Surprise surprise I also got charged wrong amount because she wasn't listening to me. Ridiculous

The baristas there really struggle doing their job and making simple drinks right. They need to re-train their employees at this location or fire the ones that simply canβt follow drink recipes or do their job.

They were insanely busy when I arrived. Picture cars lined out to the road with some on the street waiting to enter the queue. There was even a firetruck and squad there haha. Despite the Red Cup day hullabaloo, the staff was up to the task! They were all bright, cheery and welcoming. They quite effectively worked through dozens of orders in the time I was there. Not gonna lie, I'm super impressedπ

...should have option in the app to mark as closed (while it's renovating) instead of only having option to report "Permanently Closed" which isn't the case. Point being... technology (google in this case) is supposed to give us better/real-time information...not mislead us...later falling on Starbucks as well for not updating their hours to show as closed. Wasted my time...and that's reason for question/comment.

Originally the building was Spunky's Hamburgers and built in 1990 . I worked there for two years. So I would say the building is due to be remodeled.
Once you press pay and process the mobile order, your transaction is complete. To cancel it, call customer service at 1-800 Starbucks. currently, there's not an option on the mobile app to cancel an order that has been placed
