Yes I put a 12" purple-blue flower pot with pretty pansies flowers between 2 benches under trees where residents seat n Mbgmt took it away, why, everybody liked it!!! 2. We need a bench in front to sit while waiting to be picked up 3. The Myrtle trees are not trimmed, only d ones in front of d Mngr's apt. Specially d ones by d SPA should be trimmed, kuz d dead seeds n flowers fm previous season fall in it. 4. We need a tree with less foliage, like dogwood by d apartments close to d back fence. Summer heat bangs on them, plus d heat fm d empty parking area over d fence adds to the heat effect n it makes it unbearable. We need another to shade the laundry window, summer time sun n d dryers' heat causes fainting.

More respect between tenants and less discrimination. More communication between owner and tenants. Many tenants are angry with management as they do not understand that owners dictates what management can or cannot do. I believe we have a great management team and that existing problems lie with the owners and lack of communication there of. I met with our regional manager once and it was very helpful as she listened to my crisis after surgery and resolved the problem so that I did not have to have fire chief come out to resolve it after my surgery.

I want to express how Great a Job Andy, the maintenance person does. He always follows up on a timely manner and takes charge on whatever needs to be done. In addition, Cynthia successfully coordinated a COVID Vaccine program with Napa County to vaccinate the tenants who wanted to be vaccinated. I really appreciated this as it took away the anxiety in finding a place to get vaccinated.
