Worst TB ever!! Rudest staff and zero customer serv. I don’t expect much but basic human contact would be nice. If you lock your lobbies so customers can’t come in then get mad you have to walk my order out to me, then open your damn lobby! Not all cars can fit through a drive through.

Do not order inside, and do not order anything vegetarian, these people hate vegetarians. I asked for a blackbean crunchwrap with rice and they filled it up SO big they couldn't even close it, and they used a rock-hard tortilla that I had to peel off and the blackbeans were thick and dry like paste, I couldn't finish it and threw most of it away. This crunchwrap was at least a pound, waaaaay heavier than a crunchwrap should be, when i picked it up i knew something was gonna be off. I also got a soft taco for my roommate and it was made perfectly, so I know its the vegetarian orders they're sabotaging. They don't call your name or try to get your attention either, no speaking, no nothing, they won't even look you in the eye. Seriously, do not come here if you're vegetarian, find a better tacobell.

This place needs to get more people on the payroll. Last week they closed for lack of staff during lunch. Yesterday's visit had me waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes, and the food I got was barely warm. COVID has affected many fast food places, but most have dealt with it better than this Taco Bell has.

Pretty standard fare for Taco Bell... But! They always give me WAY TOO MANY SAUCE PACKETS!! When I say a "few" packets, I literally mean a few, maybe 5 at the most, NOT 30!! It will take me a Year to go through this many packets! I only ordered like 4 or 5 things, I don't need 5 packets for each item. Please think of just how much money and waste you're throwing into these bags when you just dump a load of sauce packets in there each and every time. When someone orders 4 things, maybe only give them 8-10 packets, 2 or 3 per item... Not 30 packets!! Jeebus.
