I went to ask a donation question to the donation clerk, who quickly referred me inside, like he wasn't qualified to answer. The cashier brought a manager out to answer my question, but just seemed like it was a inconvenience to them. Basically the answer I got directed me to throwing an electronic item in the dumpster. Companies I've worked for, if they gave that kind of customer service, they'd lose major business overnight.

Went in here to find dresses for a cheap cost for a party I’m having. But didn’t find anything cheap, it was all pretty expensive, which is fine that’s not my problem. Me and my aunt and my cousin went in here without masks because we didn’t have any and we’re already out in the town. The employees at the front already saw us and didn’t say anything, so we spaced ourselves from others, and walked directly back to the dresses. A bunch of workers saw us and didn’t mind, and like I said we kept our distance from other shoppers. I understand we should’ve had to have our masks, so I went up to the desk and asked if they had extra masks, because I didn’t want anyone else to feel uncomfortable. They said they didn’t and so I walked back as my aunt is coming up and we’re leaving, we were literally walking out the door and a rude worker from the front desk yelled at us and said you guys need to have masks on! And I then I said we’re leaving , and then she continued to yell back, “I don’t have an attitude,” coming back with a snide remark thinking I said something else? She had this stinky attitude the whole time, and I’m hesitant to go back there if she’s gonna be there. She was an older lady at the front btw.

The one star is a direct result of the customer service we just received this afternoon. The store generally has been a good location even though Goodwill prices are pretty outrageous often times compared to other thrift stores. The workers that stock the shelves have historically been pleasant and helpful. However, today, my wife, grandson and I made a quick stop. When we were done and had only a few items, we went to the checkout, I let my wife make the purchase as our grandson was getting restless so we went straight out to the car. The woman thanked me for shopping and we were gone. A few moments later, my wife came out very distraught. She said after I had already left the building, the woman behind the counter started to literally yell at the door that I needed to pull my mask up over my nose. The masks tend to ride down past my nose and I guess sometimes I don't pull it up fast enough. But really? I was already in the parking lot when she decided to make a spectacle of herself, so what was the point? She then turned her attention to my wife to lecture her about wearing a more effective mask. This woman is obviously unhinged and working in the wrong department. She should be separated from the public to protect herself and others from her unprofessional behavior. I'm positive we're not her first victims. Edit - the owner responded to my review with a typical, canned response. But if they really cared they'd make the necessary adjustments to avoid these types of reviews. I happened to notice after the fact that there are other reviews with the same experiences/concerns. If you don't change anything, nothing changes!

Employee "Simone" made me extremely uncomfortable tonight. I was about to exit the store and realized I needed to use the restroom. I asked the cashier if they had a restroom, she was very pleasant and pointed me to it. On the way back there I realized there were only a couple customers left, looked at my clock and it was 8:06. I was surprised because even though I had been shopping for about 40 minutes and heard an announcement a few minutes after I arrived that it was 7:30 and they'd be closing at 8, I hadn't heard any other announcements. I'm in other Goodwill stores at closing time about twice a week; they usually warn you about every 5 minutes, so I was thinking to myself, wow, what a laid-back Goodwill store. So, I went into the bathroom and no sooner do I begin pulling my pants down then someone charges into the restroom and blurts "MA'AM THE STORE IS CLOSED. I NEED YOU TO HEAD TO THE FRONT." I said "Yeah.... sure will as soon as I'm done peeing..." And then the woman went into the stall next to mine to use it. It was so awkward. SUPER bizarre to follow a customer to the bathroom who'd already been in the store while it was closed for 6 minutes, to aggressively tell them to leave. Like, I'm clearly going to do just that, as soon as I relieve myself... I waited for her to come out so I could ask her name, since I like to know how to address people that give me such attentive service. Her older male coworker had a really snide attitude with me outside, as well. When I mentioned that I had never heard any other announcements he rolled his eyes and said "there were at least THREE other announcements".... His tone and eye roll pretty directly implied that he either thought I was stupid or lying 🙂 There was a woman still at the checkout when I came out of the restroom at 8:08, so it's not like I was holding everybody up, either, which I would never want to do. Pretty clearly not very customer-oriented at that store. Still can't believe she followed me in to the bathroom to yell at me. Truly unprofessional and bizarre.

Yes. The last time I was there.
I've seen them for sale there so have to assume that they do.
