ATTENTION OUT OF STATE BUYERS: I purchased my 2021 Jeep Wrangler from this car dealership back in October and hadn’t received my tags and registration until the end of February due to the neglect and incompetence of this dealership. During the entire buying process, the salesmen and those working in finance made several mistakes that I as the buyer had to do the ground work to correct. For example they gave my bank the wrong account number, which put the car buying process in limbo, and it took me making several phone calls to bring awareness to the dealership that their account info was invalid. It seems as if after they receive your money, they no longer care about you or your vehicle. The manager by the name of James figured it was easier to hang up on me after he realized the errors they made were too much for him to correct. I also paid for LoJack that was never installed, as mentioned heavily in other buyers reviews. I absolutely do not recommend working with this dealership, especially if you’re an out of state buyer. While I love my Jeep, it was not worth the headache of working with this dealership.
