Ive gone to this oil place for years and never had the worst customer service in my life. We had an appointment and arrived first and they kept taking other people in before us. We had to wait forever to be seen and they didnt even try to put us in. This appointment thing sucks and the customer service sucks. Will never come here again. On top of it they never answer their phones.

No you don’t need an appointment and there a reason why it’s been operating for a long time I been coming here since 03 I never had an issue and it’s a fair price for there service and family owned

I’ve been coming here for years, but the last two times , service has not been great. One time they did not screw the air caps back on tight and I lost two of them after the visit. Then this last time I was there, they failed to fill up my windshield wiper fluid. I pay $90 bucks for a full service and I feel the quality of service has deteriorated. Pick it up guys or I’m going elsewhere !

I liked going there always nice. Went on sat they are doing things different now. Told me have to create an account then my take up to two hours before you can get an appointment. Didn't have the time to wait got it done at another place.
