Bought battery there before, and I believe it was still under warranty. But they said it wasn't. Not friendly at service desk at all. They would have received 1 star. BUT Thank God for Javier (chungus) the technician. He helped me take it out the old and put in the new one. Costco price for 113.00 compared to their 247.00. Not going to be buying from Pep boys anytime soon.

I wish I caught everyone's names but the staff who was there Sunday evening really pulled through and stayed late to help me with my tires and I appreciate it so much. The girl at the front was so extremely helpful and nice and the guys were so accommodating to stay late and wait for me. Best customer service and it's so hard to find good customer service lately so they are all amazing.

This is an amazing Pep Boys. ( On Atlantic) Specifically Jon and Chungus which were the two employees that helped me. They were amazing at there jobs, very knowledgeable. I'm happy with the deal I got on 4th of July which were the Contessa tires that Jon recommended. He was very patient and detailed on explaining information about the tire when I asked for information. They drive extremely smooth on my Cadillac just like Jon said. Chungus also was extremely fast at changing my tires. He even went out of his way to find a specific piece for my rims lug-nuts to fit. That was extremely appreciated how he went beyond the fact they didn't carry it at the shop so he used his brothers he happened to have in his viecle, "Amazing". I have nothing but positive recommendations about this pep boys, everyone else there seemed very friendly as well. Definitely a 10 out of 10. I will be recommending this to everyone, I actually already have! Thank you to Jon also Chungus and the pep boys Crew. You are all an excellent team.

For tires I go to "Ken's tire" in montebello about 1 Mike away. Great prices and service!

This location is one of the originals: * The original Service Waiting Area/Cashier used to be a tiny area nearest Via Campo (N. end) of the separate service bay building. -- There was a single unisex customer bathroom there (the whole area was not very handicapped accessible).. * more recently, they moved the Service Waiting Area to the front corner of the Retail/Parts building - the new "lounge" is *much* more comfortable and has room for basic coffee etc.. -- So... they do have a customer restroom at that location.. but, perhaps not as convenient nor close to the new waiting area.. -- If you're already in the Retail/Parts building, Do ask where they want you to go..
