I moved into Milo in October of 2020 and quickly found out how truly incompetent and unprofessional their management team was. I had major problems with neighbor allowing their dog to use their deck to relieve itself. It was a nightmare. Their maintenance was a absolute joke and managers were lying to tenants all the time. I was going to move out luckily the property was sold. Everything changed with the new management Tyler has been a welcome relief for the tenants he has implemented professionalism and competency and a vision for the property to make it a great place to live. Tyler, Michael and Jerry are very responsive to any request maintenance or otherwise. I just signed new lease! Milo is a beautiful property that is very clean and well maintained with amazing views and excellent location. Tyler and his staff have made it a amazing place to live.

My husband and I moved from Arizona with our two cats and have been living at MiLO for just over a year now. During that time, we’ve witnessed a complete change of management (leasing staff and maintenance crew included), and that seems to have been a positive change. Tyler, Michael, and Gerry are all super nice and helpful, and they’ve been making a lot of needed improvements around the complex. The cost of living here is fair considering the quality of the surrounding neighborhood and the free HOA fitness facility access that comes with renting. My unit neighbors are awesome and friendly which makes it feel like a small community. The only major problem we’ve encountered is the lack of parking; unless you’re willing/able to pay an extra fee each month to reserve a parking spot, you really won’t be able to find a place to park in the entire complex if you return home after 10 PM. With that being said, we do really enjoy living here and we definitely recommend that you check out MiLO!

Management and maintenance go above and beyond to answer questions and fulfill service requests (special shout-out to Tyler and Jerry!). Everyone is very friendly, the area is safe and quiet, and the grounds are consistently well-maintained. The proximity to the rec center is also a huge plus. Overall, this has been my favorite apartment I’ve lived in (and I’ve lived in a lot).

Overall my experience at Milo has been great. The transition between property management companies has been a bit rough and caused some frustrations, but after visiting the office today and speaking with staff, I feel relieved. The property is nice and I’m happy with my apartment. If anything, paying rent has been inconvenient because of office hours and changes to the online portal, but the staff has been beyond helpful when I’ve been able to speak with them. They’ve worked through my frustrations with me. I’m happy to call Milo home and I think these inconveniences are probably due to staffing issues which are common everywhere right now and are hopefully only temporary. Above all, Milo is a nice place to live.
