These guys are very unprofessional, with no manners, including the owner, no greetings. People like these should not be in business and the employees should not be in customer service industry. They should be working where they have no interaction with customers, customer service skill zero (0). Spend your money elsewhere, they do not deserve your business.

2nd posting: I'm writing another review above my previous review because the updated one did not get posted ..? I've done business with Chris & Mike since my posting and things were as normal as one would expect; especially me. I do appreciate the professional attitude and courteous response. I know if anyone ask "These 2 guys" don't have anything to say about the rest since I deal specifically with them. As an automotive shop owner I try my hardest to be consistent with individuals to increase the opportunity to build on the relationship. And "Yes" this means with wrecking yards as well. Again, I recommend to ask for these guys to help you locate anything they might not have because they're willingness to help is wonderful. Not to mention the availability to locate the parts across the U.S. In summary; I would recommend this place but more specifically Chris & Mike because of my experiences. - Fyi, for what it's worth,,, I still have not been reimbursed for the $100 returned item and don't understand what it will take to get it or at least that value returned? One would think integrity and good business practice would resolve the deficiency more sooner than later ... ..! 1st posting: The only reason I gave 1 star is the other parts / counter men do a good job, in my opinion. I'm only giving them 1 star for the fact I had a part in my inventory for a year and they promised to credit my account for it. I was told on several occasions they would pick up the wrong part and give me store credit. I tried many times to use the credit towards purchases but was denied because they hadn't picked up the part. After waiting it out I finally went to the location with the part. They then said they couldn't find it in the system. They said the was useless for them and nothing they could do for me - even though their tag was still on the part. What a rip off. It's amazing how much money I ran through this place with my shop's business and still treated like a numbered system which was not given all the background info to resolve things amicable for $125.00 amazing how a business could treat another business so bad for a small amount. VERY SAD !! I will add one more comment, if Mike says he will remember to call you back himself on the more challenging items to find,, don't believe it. He has let me down 75% of the time. It's BEST in my opinion to have someone else do the search because they follow thru well.
