you'd feel guilty going to a different pawn shop! the Guy's & the Beautiful ladies that work there are straight forward and honest,I I've never felt uncomfortable & they definitely never made me feel that way.some ppl might sit there and whine about somebody being rude but the truth of the matter is your guilty conscience got you feeling paranoid!

I stop in the store maybe once a year if that. The staff, their friendly and always available and willing to lend a hand and help you out. When I go, I look for one particular person and that is Mr. Xavier. Excellent Customer Service, he’s always friendly, pleasant, helpful and fair even when he’s busy. There are other workers there that are friendly as well, but for me I rather stick with the best. I believe he’s a Manager. I might be wrong but if he’s not he should be!!
