Professionalism and Courtesy! My wife had a pretty extensive surgery, and from start to finish, we were very happy with our choice on coming from Vegas to get this surgery done. I have to especially thank Dr. Shamie, Dr. Ulloa and their surgery team for making sure all went well. Then the 3 North nurses and staff were very attentive to all our needs, as well as the housekeeping staff making sure that all was clean and sanitized. I can't say enough about UCLA. The Davis family thanks you very much.

I am impressed with the care of the nurses and doctors. Grateful for what you all they do, but definitely need to train those who sit at the reception with manners and people interaction. These are the people that represent your establishment. My chief complaint here is that the front reception desk employees across the board are very rude. When checking in the first day, I was demanded my photo id and COVID vaccine card which is completely understandable. However, the tone of your employees were dictatorial even intolerant with me. The following two days, the attitudes did not improve. They are aggressive, rude and derogatory.

They don’t let you be with your family. My dad was receiving a procedure at this hospital and they have a very strict rules that only one individual is allowed upstairs at a time and the time must be divided in between two family members. My dad has two kids and a wife. We all wanted to be able to see him before he went in for his complicated procedure and we were not allowed to. They only allowed two out of the three of us to go into the room and only one at a time. Everyone is still required to wear masks and social distance in this facility so I don’t understand why we can’t be with our loved ones.

Our Experience at UCLA was a nightmare. This place is constantly putting pressure for your loved ones to be discharged even when they are very sick. My Mother has been in this facility for a Month, if they would put as much effort for caring for my Mother as they due trying to discharge her my Mother would be fully recovered. If this facility is the number one in California the Doctors must be voting not the people. My mother was discharged against our wishes and placed in one of the worst facilities in LA against our wishes .Doctor Mayo, Doctor Kamal, Case .Management Supervisor Jose Fabian and Case Management Lindsay are a disgrace to this organization .

It is up to the staff on shift, but there are not any set hours. You can typically visit a patient 24 hours a day.
Could you have the questions in French please thank you. Christian
I dont tink so
Not much
Liver transplants are done in Westwood not Santa Monica.
Least expensive: the Wilshire Motel or Comfort Inn

Pretty open and flexible
Call in they should let you know
You can call or stop by the admissions to find out on what floor the pt has been admitted.
I would not go to UCLA Santa Monica for anything. I also have compromised immunity. I have been going to UCLA Santa Monica only to find out that they didn't read my lab reports. gave me no care, and then when they realized I figured out what was going on they deleted my chart of anything that might incriminate them. However, I have copies!! I found out I was anemic, had bacteria in my body, with probable blood cancer. Also I'm losing blood. My arms turns blood colored if I rest my elbow or arm on anything for any length of time. They tried to hide multiple other problems, yet I've got them nailed. I am leaving for a famous hospital back east to get treatment for my problems. Yet first I need to tell my great malpractice attorney to subpoena UCLA. The good news for you is that UCLA Westwood is considered the better hospital. I have no complaints about them and I have been there a few times. Don't put your life on the line at UCLA Santa Monica.
No. Santa monica police has jurisdiction and LA county sheriffs
