Horrible service. We took our cat in to get her fleas taken care of and to get shaved. And to at least treat the fleas and shave off the black spot on her back where there are VISIBLE flea eggs. Left and went to the beach for the weekend, And when we got black home we noticed they shaved her butt where her hair was matted and gave her flea medicine. Nothing what he had asked for and charged us $212!! And after talking to them they said “we are not a animal groomer” this has nothing to do with grooming just treating fleas the right and proper way. I do NOT recommend taking your animals here. They are very unprofessional.

If you are looking for a place that treats you like family Midway is it. The entire staff/care team are amazing. My boy think of all the girls as his Midway mommies and literally drags me through the door because he can't wait tonsee them!

New appts are 5 weeks or more out. VERY VERY expensive! I mean, these folks are really expensive compared to similar in the area! The knowledge and level of care is good. They offer a senior discount.

We take all 4 of our pets (1 dog & 3 cats) there and my dad's dog too. Always friendly and thorough. If you explain to them your expectations at beginning of appointment and communicate with them you will not be disappointed. If you do not, they will do all your pet requires regardless of cost. If you explain your budget, they will do all they possibly can to stay within your budget and explain which services are most needed and cost breakdown. That way you decide what services you need to choose to meet your budget needs and your pets health needs. If you see negative reviews about cost, it is most likely the person reviewing did not explain budget to vet, vet assistants, and office staff prior to the appointment or at beginning of appointment. They are really great about it and reciprocate the attitude you give them. Simply put if you are kind they are great. Communication is key!
