A good place to learn more about history. Operated by volunteers.

It's important for Americans to learn more about the Pacific/Asian theater of WWII, and there's no better place to learn about the war vis-à-vis China than in the middle of San Francisco's Chinatown.

This memorial is wonderful! I learned a ton! The volunteer is extremely knowledgeable and very nice. This is a must see while visiting Chinatown!

Simple and awesome museum. Worth the visit. Great to see a different face of WWII.

Yes it is. It is all in English. It is a great museum!
No, there is not an entrance fee. There is a bin for donations if you enjoy the museum but you don't have to donate it you don't feel the need. You do not need to book ahead of time. Just go during business hours.
