This place is not a good place to do your laundry. The service is terrible. There's a machine where you put dollar bills to exchange it for quarters. I put $10 in the machine and the machine gave me $5 of quarters. I told the owner about it and he refused to give me the other $5 of quarters and yelled at me. Honestly, how rude.

I used it for the first time today. I had to run to Fred Meyer to take money out, that was irritating. The owner takes great pride in keeping it clean, and I saw that. My clothes are clean, owner was kind.

Who the hell puts staples in a $300 gown? They left holes in the fabric that are not fixable. They hemmed the bottom really strange (as in they didn't trim the fabric and keep the stich low, they just folded over all the excess fabric and ran a stich over it like a cheap pair of pants) and they safety pinned the off-the-shoulder straps to the hanger, which snapped some of the threads and created weird lines. Do not recommend. This was a very expensive dress and I told them that when I dropped this off with them and they pretty much ruined it. I don't have time (or money) to get a new dress at this point. For the $60, go up the street to University Park Cleaners or Sun Brite, it will be cheaper and they'll actually treat your garments with respect.

I dropped off a Bed comforter to be washed and dried for same day pick up. after picking it up at the set time I got home & removed the item from the plastic garbage bag & it was still damp so I had to place it in my dryer to finish drying it. after removing it from the dryer I realize the unit still have the same perfume & baby milk combo smells on it prior to me dropping it off. maybe with my item looking clean as it was they just figured I would not notice and they would hit it with a steamer & I wouldn’t notice. After calling them and them apologize and saying I could return it and they would take care of it but upon arrival they pretend it was a misunderstanding and they only told me to bring it back so they can air dry it. so I explain to them that i dried it at home but what about the smell? Stating that it doesn’t smell clean. the lady said cleaning it again would not help and they can only air dry so basically I called my credit card company and had them deal with The payment dispute. Would not recommend this place for cleaning large items unless you’re OK with them not being cleaned properly.
