I only gave it two based off of the store size and selections. However the pet grooming area is a joke, and discriminates against larger breeds. I made an appointment two days ago for a full bath, groom, and nail cut. They called me the day of to tell me that they were overbooked. I was accommodating and decided to just get the nails trimmed cause I can do the rest at home. They agreed and I drove to the store. I went in, handed over info, while they “inspected my dog”. The woman reached for his paws immediately, after getting him on the table. She told me he growled at her, even though I was right there and didn’t hear anything. Also, she works at a pet store, I’m sure she is used to pets growling when reaching for their hind legs. She inspects him for maybe 2 minutes, in front of me, and says that she can’t cut his nails, in case he bites. And continues to ask how long I’ve had him, and when I said a year, she said, “we don’t know how he was raised so it’s just safer to not”. CLOSE YOUR STUPID GROOMING PLACE. If you can’t groom all dogs, and don’t have the tools to cut an anxious dogs nails close your half-asked grooming center. He’s never bitten anyone, and just growls to protect himself, like a dog, but because he is a pit bull/Australian Shepard mix and bigger, they told us we needed a veterinarian to get his nails cut. Which I was unaware vets even do. These people have gone to college to save pets lives, not waste their time cutting my dogs nails. Just close your grooming center or only accept small dogs like all the other dogs inside of the place were. I even said that we have taken him to Petco before and had no problems. She told me to try to take him there. Never using this place for any type of grooming again. I’ll drive the 30 minutes to the next closest petco and save gas money and time.

Today could have been my worst day ever because I lost my wallet at this store. I was extremely frustrated since I have so many important stuffs in the wallet. I blame my self that I didn't ask two of employees name. One gentleman with ponytail, and one lady in a black shirt.they helped me very skillfully by good communication on Feb.18. 2:20pm. I really want to say appreciate that they really helped me well. I said thank you to them but I was in panic at the time, so didn't even say thank you enough. Thank you so much~

This used to be our go to spot for grooming - everyone was really nice and the service was great. COVID has taken its toll here - everyone seems super jaded & calling for an appointment is pretty much impossible. They hung up on me 3 times this morning lol, not going back.
