Every time I knew I had an appointment, I dreaded it. One of the worst experiences of my life. My last appointment was great because I knew I never had to go back and I walked out relieved. They do not care about patient confidentiality and do not practice the code of ethics that every medical professional, regardless of the field, should follow. Unprofessional, very small, no private rooms, and not the cleanest place. Would not recommend.

With customer service they aren't bad but to actually doing their job! Absolutely horrendous, my husband went here for 4 weeks and all he did was talk about how his knee hurts and there isn't anything that they're doing to help him. They just had him on the bike and did light electro therapy that did Absolutely nothing. Anytime he had a concern or a thought on HIS body they disregarded him and what he was talking about. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Unless you have a sprained ankle.

Everyone including the receptionists are friendly and accommodating. My therapy sessions for my right hand was never rushed, therapist explain to you what activities are done for you and the purpose.They patiently teach you exercises for you to do at home. The facility is also well kept and follow social distancing guidelines. Highly recommended.

Thank you Mr. Daniel my O.T. tech. I walked in at an 8.5 and with your help and exercises I was assigned I ended my appt. @ about a 3 on the pain scale. I appreciate your explanations, cleanliness/safety 1st, & patience. Thank you Miss Jeannette for your courteousness and care and helping me make all my future O.T. appts. Blessings! Be well.
