I used this storage space for almost 2 years, my space was broken into once and I was alerted right away. Also got all my items back. This facility is clean, secure, and with lots of surveillance cameras. Above all they have great customer service, Mr. Amaya assistance's was very knowledgeable, resourceful, and efficient. He was very kind courteous and attentive to see if I needed assistance. Also gave a warm welcome felt like I was at home. Also the older Black Gentleman, he also provides great customer service and helped my sister get her storage set.Thank you guys for helping me!

I was a Public Storage customer before and let me tell you, there is no comparing the quality and level of service that is provided by Extra Space Storage. The units are kept very clean, tidy, and maintained in like-new condition. Then, to top it off the customer service is outstanding. As soon as I walked in it felt like I was visiting a close relatives house. They even provided a complimentary water on that warm day I was moving things in. Needles to say the competitors offered subpar quality and service. I'm happy having my belongings here; they addressed all my concerns and were very hospitable.
