Changed my review. I have always given praise and expressed my gratitude to the staff. However after recent events I found that certain staff members are extremely unprofessional and perhaps it's the culture of this business. When a customer waves to you, you wave back. You don't look at them like you just ate a bowl of feces. I was looked upon with hatred. I have never done anything to directly personally offend this person. It's not the first time either. I have never experienced this at any other storage facility or in general any other business. You don't treat customers like that. How is someone supposed to feel safe with someone watching your belongings with is sick in the mind. Don't expect kindness here, you will be disappointed. Ugly. If the staff changes their attitude I'll change my review.

Great value compared to other storage companies. I’m especially glad since the unit is climate controlled, other companies don’t seem to offer that. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this place. 👍🏼

Reliable and clean, this storage place is great. I feel safe with my stuff here and the employees are helpful and kind. Definitely my first choice for storage.

Now back for a second time and for good reason. Great prices, great customer service in finding the storage unit right for you. Facility is always clean, and I never have any issues. Highly recommended.
