They are rude. I rented here for almost a year now and they increased my rent to a point that it wasn't worth it storing here. I called today and told them the space was empty and that I was about to leave and the lady from there tried to push me to pay the whole month just because. She started sending me emails saying that if I don't pay they would affect my credit (they don't even have my social). Now I'm receiving calls from an aggressive debt collector. Like really? I just told them I was leaving today and they are doing all that lol. I have rented with other companies like public storage, u-haul, etc. And never faced something like that. BEWARE
