Update they got worst haven’t been able to make a appointment in person for over 6 months we got Covid I contacted them and no one got back to us no one helped no one answered! I’ve called several times to check when our next appointment for the physical is and they answered and said okay hold on placed me back on hold and then the call got disconnected! Someone call me back please I can come work for you if you’d like it’s a joke this type of customer service When you are in person the staff is great. I love doctor Watkins she is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. But don’t call for anything they won’t answer or hace you on hold for over 40 minutes I’m currently on hold, just to find out if the form I dropped off two weeks ago is ready for pick up.

When I needed to call over for something so simple nobody ever answered the phone in 2021 and now it’s 2022 and again I just need to have simple info answered and again nobody ever answer believe all the reviews you see, it’s like I’m trying to call the president or something, but the gag is when you go to the location there’s a receptionist just sitting right there it never makes sense

This clinic seems like most of the nurses and pediatrics don’t even want to work here!!. My appointment was 6:15pm and I been waiting for 1 hour and a half in the lobby then call me and finally got a room but waited there for almost another hour for the the doctor!! Like around 8ish I finally got checked by the doctor. But they seem like they don’t even want to work and care for there patients !!. Horrible horrible horrible clinic!!

I'ma be honest here, I wish I can give no stars here. Cause that's how bad I hate this place. And I still have to go here. I get that they're busy, but why hang up while I was waiting for a call for 20 mins, call again. I'm paitent person, but since it's been on going with bad service, Im done. And just feel frustrated to talk to them. Their were times when they even hang up on me while I was waiting for the call. I used respect this place, but it's down in dupms. Sorry for the new people there.
