I had my daughter's birthday party. Worst experience ever. The person in charge has the worst communication. No one knew anything. She said one thing, then another. Like if I knew their ice skating rules. If you want a nice party do it at home or somewhere else. What was so embarrassed was to tell everyone they couldn't skate because of the party person in charge didnt know how to comunicate. She blame it on me. She was mad at me. I was in shock and very disappointed.

This place is really nice! The staff are all super helpful, kind, and interactive. There are three rinks, they have birthday rooms, nice rental skates and lean-to-assist devices. There is ample parking, and they play fun music during the open skate sessions. They have lessons and hockey and figure skating and all that too, and all I can say about that is a friend has a young daughter in one of the figure skating classes and she really likes it. The only reason I don’t give it 5-stars is that some of the facilities are not super nice… like the benches and bleachers, the lobby, etc… we’re just a little old and not-nice looking… almost a little rickety at places. Could use some upgrading… :) But we love going here to skate and we highly recommend it!

Took my daughters for the 1st time to do recreational skating and they loved it. The receptionist was nice and helpful. She even informed me that skating lessons were affordable. I’ll be recommending this place to friends and family.
