Nice place to hike...like how your able to walk peacefully and walk to different type of settings. Able to see butterflies flying around and lots of different type of flowers makes you feel relaxed.

This is a nice hidden gem of a location to take a walk and enjoy nature. It is a 2-mile roundtrip dirt trail that is well-kept and has multiple benches along the way in case you need a rest or just want to sit back and enjoy the sounds and sights of nature!

Yes, just keep your dogs on leash (req'd). Some bushes are swarming with bees, so keep an eye out for them. Our dogs love walking the trail. Very easy hike.
Parking is FREE. We usually park at Monte Verde park. Or the Walmart parking lot and follow the signs for the river trail.
We were looking at properties to buy and our realtor took us to different locations sorry i cannot help u out we just followed her and did not remember how to get there
Parking is free at both parks at the Studebaker/Del Amo inintersection. The parks both have access to the river trail
