They fet a lot of business. With that said I was still in and out in a timely manner. The service was good. The techs were very professional and informative

I wish I would have read the reviews more thoroughly. I do not normally go to chain oil change places and trust my car exclusively with my mechanic. However, my car needed an oil change and my mechanic has been very busy. I liked the idea of a place that would be quick. I was aware of the upselling and stood my ground. The people that work there were polite. However, as soon as I left my car was shaking uncontrollably as it remained in idle. I didn’t think too much yet but proceeded to drive it and it’s still doing it. I called customer service and they said to go back, so this is tbd to see how it will be resolved. It’s just another inconvenience and as I look through other reviews, there are complaints of oil changes that have gone awry. I am very much regretting not waiting to see my very busy mechanic.
