Drive thru wait time was horrible , although they had a sign apologizing because they are under staffed that wasn't the issue , once it was my turn at the window the lady gave me a bag and I was missing a couple items including sides and sandwiches , so I tell her and she goes what was your order again like really 🙄 , she was just giving me items I didn't order , and then her co worker instead of helping she was just on her phone in the background , this Popeyes is not what it use to be . Customer service is a 0 here , do not come here , wait time is ridiculous, orders are always wrong no type of customer service . If I could give 0 stars I would .

BEWARE!!!!!!! Check your bank statements after purchasing at this popeyes! I was charged for the meal I brought home plus someone elses meal for $25! When I went back to get some answers, I was told to provide a receipt to a purchase I DIDNT MAKE NOR TAKE HOME! Managers refused to check the cameras or any of their purchases from fhe day prior! ONCE AGAIN BEWARE...CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS THAT YOU ARENT CHARGED FOR SOMEONES ELSE'S FOOD!

Under staffed and under paid workers. Most of them are very rude and since they know how low staff they are so they won’t get fired they do sloppy work. Avoid this restaurant and avoid speaking to their manager. Apparently believes his workers actions are not their fault or responsibility. Terrible drive thru worker today as well. Gave me attitude when I asked for my receipt which is owed to me.

As of late, the employees working the drive thru line are extremely rude! Today I encountered an unpleasant employee named Indica. She was very rude, overly aggressive, and comes off as hostile. Please remove her from the window or train her on customer service. There use to be a male Afro American manager whom was very upbeat, and professional. They need to bring him and his staff back. This new team lacks an apologetic nature and customer service. If they’re not forgetting to bag the right food, or out of food, we (customers) constantly have to deal with the bad attitudes. Popeyes people, if y’all don’t wanna work, dislike your job, or have low self esteem, please get some help. Popeyes, please send your employees to a customer service training. I think it would be very beneficial for your business. I posted this rating because I am truly tired of the “lack there of.” I mean this in every aspect too!
