love this place I've been going this place for years since I was a teenage and I was a kid or to this day yeah I love this place and it's KFC can never go wrong the food is always great it's always well made apple pies the ladies customer service is great too the lady was nice enough it was a hot day and I asked for a couple ice and the lady was nice enough to hand me a cup of ice which I thought it was very nice of her so this place is very respectful that has the gentleman that works in there too the men they're not disrespectful they got great customer service and the food is great and this place is always clean from the inside and you don't have bumps all around it which is a good thing makes you comfortable to eat

KFC is that.. first time I had takeout, was cold before I walked out. Second time dined in. I wiped my table. Before and after. Puked two blocks down the road. Cashier I saw last time. Good service . Polite I believe.

This is my favorite KFC in Long Beach. Everytime I come, the Customer Service is excellent. These people are ALWAYS nice. Good Customer Service is rare, extremely rare, but it goes a long way. It feels good to be respected as a customer and treated like those who work there want you to be there. These people are great.

Very bad experience at this location. I went thru drive thru on November 28 2021 at around 6:30p.m. Didn't get a receipt and when I got home I was missing 4 pieces of chicken. Went back to let them know kindly of the situation and was told that I was lying because I probably took them out at home. And to count my pieces at the drive thru window next time. Who does that? I have a good job to be trying to hustle 4 pieces of chicken. REALLY!!! I don't care about the chicken it's just that I don't feel right not getting what I paid for. So I went back again with some of my food so that the employees can have it because apparently they needed my 4 pieces of chicken. I hope whoever was on that shift enjoys it. I'm definitely not returning.
