Menu is extensive, staff was helpful even though the health inspector did a surprise visit while we were ordering.

Quality, Delicious Tea with Great Service. PROS: The beverages are delicious, the staff is helpful and quick, and the location/establishment is clean and stylish. Love picking up Ding Tea as a bonus treat in the day. CONS: None. 👍👍 Highly Recommend.

Ding Tea Cypress Review Ding Tea is one of the most popular boba restaurant chains in this area. There is one located in Cypress within the same plaza that my grocery store is at. Occasionally, I will go to Ding Tea after I do my weekly grocery shopping. Ding Tea serves a variety of teas, coffee, and other drinks. They also offer multiple toppings you can add to your drink, including various bobas and jellies. One main strength of Ding Tea Cypress is its menu. Ding Tea has a wide variety of both drinks and toppings on its menu. According to Ding Tea Cypress’s menu, they have a total of eighty-one drinks. These drinks are sorted into ten categories: fresh tea, latte, coffee, flavored tea, fruit juice, slush, milk tea, Yakult, and hot drinks. They also offer eleven different toppings including boba, jellies, pudding, aloe vera, red bean, and sea cream. The menu’s diversity ensures that it will suit the tastes of any customer, and you won’t get bored with all of the combinations you could order. On top of that, the quality of their products are very hig, and I like that they do not put too much ice in their drinks. In addition, if you order from Ding Tea Cypress through the mobile ordering service Grubhub, there are even more drink and topping options available that are not promoted in-store or on their website. Another strength of Ding Tea Cypress is its customer service. Whenever I walk in, there are usually two or three employees working. They have all been very polite when taking my order and giving me my drinks. They also work very hard, and usually finish making my order in 5-7 minutes (I usually order four drinks for my whole family). The main weakness of Ding Tea Cypress is its online ordering system through its website. They offer a way to order ahead on their website, but it has stopped working within the past few months. I normally order on their website while I am grocery shopping, and walk in to pick up my drinks when I am finished. However, the last few times that I tried to place an order online, it did not work. The website would confirm my order and payment, but would not be sent to the cashiers at Ding Tea. When I walk in and tell the employees I am waiting for an online pick-up order, they tell me that they never received my order, and I have to wait for them to start making my order. Fortunately, the employees there are very understanding, and start working immediately to get my order finished in an efficient amount of time. I would prefer that they fix this issue as soon as possible, as this has happened to me multiple times and has not worked for me again since the issue first occurred. In the meantime, I now use Grubhub to order ahead of time. Overall, I would highly recommend Ding Tea Cypress to others who enjoy drinking tea. They provide high quality drinks and amazing customer service. The only issue I have with them is their website’s ordering service.

The owner should enforce better uniform policy and hair tidiness. A girl on 7/23 walked from the back had a tan apron on and was wearing a crop top. That's inappropriate for a place of hospitality in CA. Are you working in retail or service industry? Plus her hair was down, doesn't matter if you're MOD, your staff is working with drinks that are consumed by guests. Baristas should be wearing hats, a health inspector should write that as a violation.
