My order was delayed 1 day, due to i went through the call center, but once I went to the actual shop it was figured out and got my tire replacement the next day. Took 1 hour approx. to have my flat tire replaced and was very enjoyable chatting with the advisor Mike from the fullerton location. Really nice guy and explains everything very well and how to prevent other damages from occurring on your vehicle just by using the right tire. Way better than the customer service from Discount Tire by Moody. They weren't very flexible on pricing. I still saved over $35 for my Michelin Premier LTX tire. Very happy with my experience and expect to refer others to this location. Thank you again Mike and team for making it a great experience. 🙂

I couldn't have been more satisfied with a service I received having my Rav4 Adventure taken care of. It is usually a nuisance to bring your car in, wait for hours on end, and not have full transparency with what I am charged at other places but they did it right here. Huge shout out to Darin for being so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the current state of my vehicle and recommending all options. He searched from optimal options to discount depending where I was financially. Very thoughtful for him to do so. Most businesses would just go with what benefits them most but they were so kind to walk me through without and pressure. I had no appointment and walked in around 10:15 AM. I was able to get my 4 tires changed (they were worn out after 5 years), had my tires rotated, car re-aligned, and then an oil change all within 2 1/12 hours. I would say that was a productive team and I was able to get remote work done during. I would highly recommend this location to all who are still on the fence. I have had my fair share of bad business and this is not one of them. Keep up the great work, team!

This place has good mechanics that do quality work. Darin and other customer service people that works over the counter help you. Darin went on and beyond to help me and I wanna thank him and mechanics that worked on my car .

First time coming here. This place is in a nice location. Manny was extremely helpful in helping me with the nail in my tire. His tech, George, even got my car done before promised time! Will definitely come back for future needs!
