On Friday 1/14/22 to have a lock unlocked (no key) On my 1963 Rambler Wagon well Carlos found out it was not my lock it was all the moving parts in my tailgate were locked up. Carols spent a good hour and a half to get every thing to work properly. Carlos works on new and old cars too..

I lost my key and had no spare. It’s Christmas Eve and I was not able to find any Locksmith available and I was stuck at work with no way of driving down to see my folks for the holidays. I was recommended by the dealership where I purchased my 2017 Toyota Corolla and they told me that they knew someone who could help me. That’s when I got in contact with Carlos who answered my calls quickly and who told me that they were able to meet up with me to program a spare. He arrived in his van and less than 20 minutes and got me my new key program and on my way in 10 minutes! Carlos was very professional and very helpful I appreciated his service a lot! I spoke with him a little and he did tell me that they are 24 hours on-call service and I could also see that they carry with them a large inventory of keys for all years makes and models. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I’m very happy that I he was able to help me I’ve never had to call a locksmith before and was very hesitant to do so since this was my first time but he handled by situation very well.
