Very clean - no issues and clothes come out clean - dryers hot

If I could rate this a zero I would . I came in at 7:42 . As it said last wash is at 8 . When I arrived the lady who is there (young blonde ) she let me wash but it upset her , she was annoyed when I said I had two bags . She was rushing me as she said the doors automatically lock by 9 and it will lock me in . So I need to wash my stuff quickly . For me rushing. It and tryin to listen I had messed up by rushing it and put a pod on the top part causing it to leak water a little . She gave me a look , I had offered to clean up after myself and she gave an attitude and cleaned it breathing hard as a sigh (ughhhh) Mind you I wasn’t the only one there a lady was there washing and left 10 min or 5 before me . The doors did not automatically lock she was trying to rush me out because she wanted to just leave . And clearly she had seen she made me leave with my clothes semi dried . Literally all I needed was like 10 min more to let my clothes dry . The attitude here isn’t the best . And the machines are pretty compacted, YOU NEED A FRIENDLIER STAFF , .

Laundry attendent is friendly and helpful. The washers with doors in front, doesn't fill with water well, so clothes don't get properly washed. Also, you have to add extra soap in it and pour water in yourself so soap can go down drain. Now the washers with the top lid, they wash good but take forever to fill up. The dryers are good. The areas are clean. would I recommend this place, No. unless you don't mind your laundry not being washed good 🤷🏻‍♀️

The lady working today had a bad attitude towards me first for asking for change for a $20. Next I needed a nickle for the change machine so I gave her 15 pennies and she made it an issue that they dont take pennies. Next when I came back to put my clothes in the dryer every basket has other people's personal laundry baskets in them. I asked her why is she letting them leave the baskets like that and she's like "you don't have to come her if you have a problem".... Management needs to retrain her on customer service skills. Normally she's nice but for some reason she definitely rude today. 11:34am Came back in dryer 20 I put 2 quarters for 22min and it's now 11:44 and the machine was stopped
