Went in with an appointment for tire change and alignment that i had paid in advance, waited more than 2 hours , and finally they inform me the tires where done and they recommended me to get an alignment. I informed them I had paid for that already. So I waited again for them to finish with the alignment, and they didn't do the service correct, My back Tire was lose causing the car to make a LOUD HORRIBLE squeaky noise. I ended up paying a mechanic to fix the issue Pepboys Workers didn't do RIGHT!!!

Always come here for my oil change. Pep boys is who my cars previous owners trusted and recommended and I have to say I'm glad they did. They've always provided great service and did it in a timely fashion even when I walked in with no reservation. =) However, it is quicker if you make one. So make sure you call before, if you can.

Rafeal was an amazing service rep. He explained the processes that my car needed today completely and was very patient with my lack of knowledge! I was out of there in no time. The guys working on the cars were fast and efficient. Thanks guys. See you at the next service!

Made an appointment for new tire installation, my appointment time was late, I was asked to see if I could come early. The work was done promptly because there was proactive planning involved by the pep boys team. Great experience and deal on my tires.
