Edward is my guy! He helped me find the issue of what seems to be the problem of my car having loud noise while rolling. It wasn’t the wheel bearings but the tires. He recommended few best tires. He really goes above and beyond! I hope every customer services are the same as you do. 5⭐️

Lied to me about refund policy. Front desk told me that I couldn't return the tires I ordered, but upon review of their invoice/receipt it said that I could've gotten one because they didn't present/tell me about the return policy.

I purchased tires from American Tire Depot in 2018 when they were located on Rosecrans(best deal around, even beating the local mom and pop shops at the time which I always check first). Today I visited the Alondra location and had my tires rotated and balanced. Since they're nearing the end of their tread life, the manager also gave me a quote for a new set that was comparable to the ones I had, which I enjoyed. The manager was friendly, and engaging. No fluff or filler. I will keep coming back.

The price was amazing, I was able to work with the price and get the tires I was looking for, and get a good price on them too. I was given the warranty and super pleased. Took before and after photos and , the car was looking, feeling and drove like a beast after. Got all 4 tires and they saved me from a torn tired from the inside, couple nails on the other and the 3rd tire had a big bubble/lump on it. I will diffently return when these tires are ready to be changed! Can't beat these prices!
