I own a restaurant which is why I am I am extremely picky about where I like to eat on my rare days off. I just discovered Piology in Huntington Beach and give it my enthusiastic 5 stars. Fresh quality ingredients, quickly prepared, friendly staff, fast service, clean restaurant interior. I have found a new favorite place to play hookie when I'm not eating at my own place! Bravo to the management team at this excellent location.

I got a chicken, mushroom, spinach on a cauliflower crust with Alfredo sauce. It was absolutely delicious!! The very edge was over cooked, and $16 for a Small pizza was a bit much.

I went to Pieology for my Birthday this month and it was my first time at this location. The Service from 🙏🏽 Dylan the shift manager was amazing and top notch. He even took the time to put my girlfriends pizza back in the oven and add toppings.🙌🏾 Chris is A true Artist and master of the pizza craft he built me & my girlfriends pizza is beyond what I would of expected. My brother told me about the pielogy rewards and I signed up definitely worth it and they will have my business and time for Life... Thank you both for making my Birthday a Special one🙏🏽🙌🏾👊🏽🍻🎂 Greg
